Whilst waiting for my hair to be done, I met this charming young lady named Ida. She will be joining the salon in February and she was there to demonstrate to the salon's boss her skills in manicure and at the same time to watch how things are done in the salon. We chatted about life, men and career. Her past experience with men which included being abused by her previous boyfriend has led her to give up with men. She admitted that nowadays, she prefers going out with the girls at night and enjoy oneself. I am not going to judge her based on that as for me, I see her as someone who can go far with her strong determination and her love for her family. Our talk did include a few reminder to both of us which are :-
- Remember that family always come first
- Never let oneself walk through life without a sense of purpose.
- For every unfortunate things that happen in life, there is always a hikmah behind it.
Hopefully, the day will come for this young lady to find and feel the happiness that she truly deserve.
