Lunchie

It should be a known fact by now that I rarely cook. So once in a blue moon when the need arise, I do cook lunch and invite family member to come. The last cookout was a Thai inspired theme. There are the usual tomyam, steamed fish, kailan, mango salad and one screwed dish which I am proud to name it as Lina Minced Beef Scrambled Egg. Despite a number of flaws, the most important thing is, everyone had a good time and enjoyed the food.
