Feng Shui Tips

A very interesting fact according to Chinese Feng Shui.

The reason why certain diet work miraculously on a person but not the person next door is depending on the person elements (fire, water, metal, soil or wood). You need to eat food according to your element. For example, fire is red therefore eating red apple, tomatoes etc are beneficial for your health and body.

Other tips for a slimmer and healthier you that I managed to capture while watching this particular slot on NTV7 at 7.30pm yesterday are :-

  • Drink 500ml yingyang water with a pinch of salt every morning while facing East (ying yangwwater is air suam la kata org melayu...hehehe).
  • Drink a lot of water before 3 pm (around 1.5 to 2 l).
  • Sleep early because our liver will start to function effectively between 11pm and 1 am.
