Conflict...

Conflict is never a good thing, be it at the office or at home. It will get worst if the person who should be handling it did nothing. This past few days I've been keeping myself busy and try not to be at the office as much as possible coz I cannot stand to see the face of the person who did nothing about this conflict. It just make my 'blood go up' (translated literally..hehehe).

It started last Tuesday when myself and another PM were instructed to attend a meeting discussing our job scope. During this meeting we realized that the boss has made a U turn decision which will add more burden to the project section. How can he change his decision after the unanimous agreement on job distribution by all parties during the last meeting. Did he consult with the other SM? Is he trying to load off his work?

What make me so piss off about this was when I and the other PM highlighted the issues he just 'cantas' it by saying the decision is final. After a few failed attempt at trying to make he see our points "(asyik kena cantas jek), I gave up. Who am I, a timun who is trying to fight with a durian...isk...isk.

This is me trying very hard to fight with the big hand...iyaahhh...iyaahhh
