Gomen vs Private

Before I went with the debate...I'll just update you guys in my appointment with Doc Asiah yesterday.

Well, I met with Doc Asiah around 12.45pm. Doc Asiah add another 8 power chain (mcm bunyi gergaji jek...tapi wayar jek sebenonye) to my braces. She reminded me to exercise the jaw....and do not over do it. So my next appointment will be in 2 weeks time, this time Doc Roslan will join in the consultation. I like both Doctors. They have pleasant manners and quite funny. Not the typical Government Doctors that I used to see during those days.

I remember the last time I went to a government hospital...the doctor who attended me was horrible. It was Chinese New year, imagine you were having an acute appendicitis where you cannot stand...you need to bongkok to walk to the Emergency Room....that's me. I was referred to HKL and once there I need to wait around 30 minutes to be attended by this lady doctor. Then once in the room, the doctor with a very sour face ask me to lie down and she poked my stomach and my waist then declared...."I'm not sure you are having appendicitis." She then asked me to walk to another room to ask the attendant there to put some liquid via IV. So with my bongkok walk...i went to the room. The attendant there then ask me to go to one of the bed and lay down...all self servise okehhh!!!!! So the good patient that I am, I lay down and they put in the IV. He said wait for an hour. So after one hour and 30 mins, no one came. So i get up and brought the IV tube to the doctor...my blood has started to come out through the IV tube and when the doctor saw that she started to scold me and point me back to the attendant room. They take out the needle and I went back to see the doc. She was packing her thing so probably her shift is ending and she was smiling but once she saw me the smile dissapeared...(bengang giler aku time tuh)...then she poked me again and declare...."We need to do more checking...I'm not sure what you are having....so you need to spend the night". Cis...bengong betui la doc nie....boleh kata tatau sakit apa....aku yg dah bongkok 3 nie pon dia kata tatau......pastu dia soh register masuk wad.

Aku kal kawan opis sat nak check bleh dak aku masuk private spital dulu n amik GL dr opis later coz cuti chinese new year kan...kawan aku kata bleh.....terus aku mintak abang aku drive aku gie Ampang Putri....Sampai Ampang Putri....depa nampak aku bongkok sabut...terus depa bagi wheel chair n terus bawak aku masuk jumpa doc kat emergency tuh....doc tuh soh test air kencing jek...then terus dia kompomkan appendicitis.....pantas....efisyen....bijak....beza betul ngan doc bengong kat HKL tuh....so depa soh aku baring sementara kat katil then mai ler sorang nurse bawak menu bilik (kira list bilik apa yg ada n harga bilik skali)...aku pon pilih ler bilik sorang....beside harga pon masih dalam rate yg kompeni cover....diorang tanya GL...aku cakap opis tutup...just tunjuk kad keje jek dulu...then zassss terus aku dihantar ke bilik aku....time tuh dalam kul 9 mlm. Kul 10 malam surgeon dah mai bilik aku...nak periksa n inform kata aku akan dibedah next morning kul 10 pg. So malam tuh setat posa. Pas bedah tuh doc tuh ada mai jumpa...dia kata dah beso dah appendicitis aku tuh....lambat sket kompom burst....nasib bek aku tak tunggu kat HKL...kalau dak...jadik jenazah ler nak tunggu doc tuh nak kompom sakit apa....ishhh...marah aku kalau ingat balik doc pompuan tuh....

Kesimpulannya....servis swasta memang bagus compared to gomen....TAPI....aku rasa doc gomen yg specialist mcm Doc Asiah ngan Doc Roslan tuh terkecuali. Doc gomen yg hampes nie ialah doc2 yg baru keje yg perasan dah cukup terer n dah cukup bagus.....aku tak cakap sumer la....aku tujukan untuk doc pompuan yg layan aku terhapa2 tuh.....aku tak sempat nak tgk nama dia pasal aku tgh tahan sakit.....dok tengok lantai jek banyak....nyesal lak tak tgk nama dia...kalau dak memang aku dah hantar surat kat paper complain pasal servis dia....

Aku ingat nak bagi satu pantun penutup mcm Karam Singh Walia....tapi aku blank. Pantun yg aku leh recall la nie cuma....

Ada lori ada bas....lain hari aku bagi lagi sedas.....hehehe
